The growing community need for social and physical activity has led to a significant increase in the number of people involved in sports and fitness. Nowadays, money spent on health and beauty is considered an investment in one’s future rather than a simple expense. Participants in the actively growing fitness industry market are capable of helping reach the goals the Russian President has set for physical education and sports and already possess the necessary resources: qualified personnel, techniques for involving the population in sports, and mechanisms for its countrywide development. In the light of the tasks set before the sport and fitness industry, active work on joint projects would seem necessary.
Do the current models of interaction between fitness, sport, and the state meet the conditions necessary for providing a breakthrough in the field of physical education and sports? Can these relationships rightly be called partnerships? What barriers need to be removed to facilitate new records in the healthy development of the nation?

Public awareness lags behind demographic changes, and society continues to perceive old age negatively. This has led to a serious modern problem known as ageism: a lack of understanding resulting from the existing attitude towards the elderly. It is for this reason that a change in social status and psychological adaptation to the new conditions of life are of such great importance. It is vital that modern society alter its thinking with respect to people of the older generation. Of particular importance are family traditions and the raising of children in a spirit of respect for their parents. We must at once begin to raise a generation that will seek to respect each other and to instil healthy family values. The elderly must live happily and must be healthy and active.
What social problems does an older person face in modern society and what problems does society face when tackling issues related to the elderly? How can we overcome the prevailing negative stereotypes associated with old age?

Transportation is one of the largest industries in the world (5.8% of Russia's GDP). In the consumer segment, transport ranks second among household expenditures in Russia with a 16% share. The significant changes that have taken place in the transport sector occurred quickly and impressively. Electric scooters and technologies for autonomous cars have become undisputed trends in the industry. Companies such as Bird and Lime in the United States have boosted investment to an estimated USD 2–3 billion in record time (less than 2 years since their inception). Similar services are coming soon in Europe. Several large companies are going to all hold IPOs at the same time. Russian venture capital funds have been investing much more actively in the mobility market than in previous years. In the first half of 2018 alone, roughly RUB 2.4 billion was invested in the transport industry in Russia. During the discussion, we will discuss which projects are worth investing in, how transport will change in the cities, how the investment strategy should look now, and how mobility market trends will change the lives of ordinary people.
