Mikhail Paltsev was born on November 9, 1949 in Moscow.He graduated from Sechenov 1st Moscow Medical Institute in 1972. 1987 to 2009: President, Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy.2006 to 2011: First Vice President, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.2011 to present: Deputy Director for Medical and Biological Research, Kurchatov Institute National Research Centre.2015 to 2017: Acting Chief Academic Secretary, Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences since 1991, full member of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences since 1994, full member of the Russian Academy of Sciences – Medical Sciences Division since 1997. Since 2016 - Director of Academic Research Center of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Mikhail Paltsev is a specialist in the field of functional morphology. He has been among the pioneers of new scientific areas in Russia: molecular medicine and predictive, preventive and personalized medicine. His research concerns the search for molecular markers of socially important diseases, development of advanced diagnostic methods, development of new-generation drugs, and modern techniques and principles for treating diseases using gene and cell technology. He has authored more than 600 papers, including some 80 monographs, manuals, textbooks and atlases, and made 25 inventions. A member of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Inter-Agency Council on Awarding Russian Federation Government Prizes in the Field of Science and Technology, and the Russian Accreditation Council. A national representative in the European Association for Predictive, Preventive and Personalized Medicine (ЕРМА). He has received the USSR State Prize, Russian Federation President’s Prize, and Russian Federation Government Prize (four times). He has received a commendation from the President of the Russian Federation. Mikhail Paltsev has also received the Order of Sign of Honour, Order of Friendship and Order of Merit to the Motherland, 4th Degree.

After graduating from Ustinov Baltic State Technical University (St. Petersburg) in 1996, Alexander Stuglev began his career organizing conventions and conferences at the company Exhibitions-Seminars-Business (ESB). He was shortly appointed CEO of ESB and became one of the founders of convention and exhibition activities in Russia.
In 2006, Stuglev took over the company Restek Congress, the main contractor for the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. A year later, he became Executive Director of the SPIEF Foundation, the Forum’s operator. In 2009, Stuglev was appointed CEO of the SPIEF Foundation. In the following years, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum became the largest event of its kind in Russia with participants traditionally including heads of state, top politicians, and leaders of global business.
In December 2015, the SPIEF Foundation was renamed Roscongress Foundation and became the operator of several major convention and exhibition events in Russia, including forums in Sochi and Vladivostok as well as the Foundation’s offsite sessions abroad.
Alexander Stuglev was awarded the Medal of the Order ‘For Merit to the Fatherland’, second class, on 17 August 2017 for his contribution to preparation for and the holding of the 20th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

She became Head of the Fundamental and Clinical Neurology and Neurosurgery Department in 1997.

He has twice been awarded special government prizes for achievements in municipal improvements.In December 2004 Mr. Morozov was elected Head of the Administration of the Ulyanovsk Region. On March 28, 2006, the deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Ulyanovsk Region approved Mr. Morozov’s candidacy for Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region as submitted by Russian President Vladimir Putin. On March 6, 2011, he was re-elected as Governor for a new term.Mr. Morozov has a PhD in Economy. Alexis Rodzianko, President and CEO of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, came to this role after three decades as a banker in New York and Moscow. He held senior positions in IFC Metropol, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan in Moscow from 1995 through 2013. Previously he was a senior banker at Chemical Bank in New York in the Emerging Markets business of the bank.
He serves as an independent member of the Board of SKB Bank in Russia and is a member of the Board of Centurion Capital (a Russian microfinance company).
Before receiving his MBA from Columbia University in 1980, he served as interpreter at the SALT II negotiations in Geneva. He is a 1973 graduate of Dartmouth College.

Neil Sturrock has been appointed to the position of president, PepsiCo Russia, Ukraine and CIS, effective September 1st, 2017. Neil has a 28 year experience of working in PepsiCo on developed and emerging markets in USA, UAE, Egypt, Russia and Ukraine. He started to work for PepsiCo in 1989 as a financial controller in British office. His career in Russia started in 1993 when he took a position of financial director in Moscow. From 1995 to 1998 Neil Sturrock was leading a business of beverages in the East of Russia. Between 1998 and 2008 Neil was working as a general manager in Northern California and had several transformation-related assignments based in Spain, UAE and Egypt. From 2008 until 2015, Neil led PepsiCo business in Ukraine. For the last 1,5 years he was responsible for beverages, snacks and juices businesses of PepsiCo in Russia. Neil Sturrock studied in Exeter University, UK where he received a BA in Accounting & Finance.
