19 May 2017

Economic growth and the creation of new jobs in Russia will mainly come from small innovative companies and startups, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich is quoted as saying by TASS news agency.

Dvorkovich noted that at present there are not enough of these enterprises and this is one of the main reasons for slow economic growth. As the number of small innovative enterprises increases, GDP growth in Russia could reach 4–5%, he said.
