APPLICATION FORM

If you wish to submit an application to attend the Russian Investment Forum 2022, please sign up for a Roscongress personal account on the official roscongress.org website.

You can register for a Roscongress personal account in five simple steps. Step one is to fill in your personal details. You will then be prompted to provide your passport details, information about your organization and your contact details. The fifth and final step is to select the event you wish to attend. You can select the Russian Investment Forum 2022 when you register for a Roscongress personal account or you can submit an application from your account at a later stage.

Once you have completed the registration process, an email will be sent to the address you have provided containing your login and password for your Roscongress personal account.

If you have a Roscongress personal account, you can apply to participate in the Russian Investment Forum 2022 in the ‘Upcoming’ section of your personal account. The details from your account profile will be added to your application automatically.

You can restore the login details or password for your account by emailing  weboffice@roscongress.org.

APPLICATION REVIEW PROCESS

The status of your participation application for the Russian Investment Forum 2022 will be shown in the ‘My events’ section of your account. Applications for participation will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.

If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and the status of your participation application will be updated in your account in real time. The length of the review period varies by participant. The application review will take at least ten days. Participation in the Forum is by invitation from the Organizing Committee only. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse requests without explanation.

After receiving your invitation, please confirm your participation in the Russian Investment Forum in the ‘My events – Event dashboard’ section of your account. If you decide not to attend the Forum, please inform the organizers of your decision through your personal account.

PARTICIPANT PACKAGE AND COST OF PARTICIPATION

There is a single package available for Russian Investment Forum participants.

* Base price per individual participant, as indicated in the participation package description. Before making payment, Forum participants must first sign an agreement or create an invoice agreement to confirm their participation and guarantee their place. The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.

Changes have been made to the bank details used to pay for participation in Roscongress Foundation events in dollars or euros. If you have generated an agreement or invoice/agreement for payment, but the transaction has not yet been completed, please contact the following Roscongress Foundation specialist to clarify the relevant details.

Please note that access to the Russian Investment Forum 2022 plenary session is not included in the participant package. This event requires a special invitation.

REGISTRATION QUOTAS (PERMITTED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS PER COMPANY)

To ensure high levels of representation, the organizers will be putting the following restrictions in place at the Forum:

A maximum of six Participant packages for companies with a delegation led by the head of the company (president, CEO/managing director or chairman of the board/board of directors).

A maximum of four Participant packages for companies with a delegation led by somebody other than the head of the company (deputy director, member of the board/board of directors or country director).

Please note that if the established quota for the number of participants from a given company is exceeded, the cost of participation will increase. For each additional participant, a 20% surcharge will apply in addition to the base package price.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

The Russian Investment Forum 2022 will adhere to all COVID-19 safety measures and recommendations set out by the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) and the World Health Organization.

All participants have to submit information on their COVID-19 immunity status (presence/absence of antibodies and vaccination information) in the COVID-19 section of the Roscongress personal account closer to the Forum.

Foreign citizens will also have to submit information on their arrival in Russia/departure from Russia in order to board their flights and cross the Russian border.
