Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Sergei Donskoy told TASS in an interview that Gazprom was planning to spend RUB 37.8 billion and Rosneft RUB 43 billion on off-shore geological exploration in 2017, after spending RUB 30.8 billion and RUB 11 billion, respectively, in 2016.
