A proposal has been made to set up a Federal Competence Centre on the core of Vnesheconombank that would support the implementation of a labour productivity project, RNS news agency reports citing Minister of Economic Development Maxim Oreshkin.

“There is a proposal to set up a Federal Competence Centre on the core of Vnesheconombank with additional funding provided for this purpose. This centre would not only support the implementation of a labour productivity project, but would become a logical complement to the project to create a so-called project financing factory which the Ministry of Economic Development is currently implementing jointly with the VEB management team”, Oreshkin said.
