The Roscongress Foundation can confirm that Russian Investment Forum participants who booked accommodation and transport services via the Roscongress Foundation’s services division (the authorized commercial enterprise RC Service) and planned to attend the Forum on 12–14 February, but who have been forced to cancel their trip due to force majeure events, are entitled to a full reimbursement in connection with the postponement of the event.

In order to receive reimbursement for hotel or car rental booking services provided by RC Service, please email a refund request to the company, attaching proof of payment.

The Russian Investment Forum in Sochi was postponed in line with Government Order 192-r issued 3 February 2020. The rescheduled dates of the Forum will be published on the official event website (rusinvestforum.org) and social media pages in due course.
