Roscongress launches new information and analytical website

The Information and Analytical System of the Roscongress Foundation was launched on 13 February 2018 as part of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi. The new system is available at http://roscongress.vcongress.ru/. It is an interactive library of knowledge and a navigation system embracing 737 sessions, 3,665 speakers and experts, 179 analytical materials, and 140 topics of the national development agenda discussed at events organized by the Roscongress Foundation. The information on the website will be regularly updated and supplemented.
To make it easier for users to navigate the site, all the information has been divided into key sections: ‘Agenda’, ‘Events’, ‘Analysis’, ‘Speakers and Experts’, and ‘Roscongress Foundation’. The news line on the website covers major events and announcements related to forum business, cultural and sporting programmes.
‘Agenda’ contains information by topic, including ‘Globalization’, ‘Cybersecurity’, ‘Environment’, ‘Sustainable Development’, ‘Digitalization’, ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’, ‘Human Capital,’ ‘Charity’ and others. This section also has information related to international organizations, such as G20, ASEAN, APR, BRICS, EEU, CIS and SCO.
In the ‘Event’ section, users can find the information they need by selecting the specific event and the year it was held.
‘Analysis’ contains a selection of analytical materials and reports on topical trends and issues discussed at the events of the Foundation. The ‘Speakers and Experts’ section provides information on the key participants and guests of the forums in different years.
The ‘Roscongress Foundation’ section provides details about the organization, the history of its creation, the geographical scope of events, prizes and awards won, partners, etc.
“We have not just launched a new site. We are introducing a flexible information and analytical system that will allow us to broaden significantly access to information for our users: media representatives, specialists, postgraduate students, economics economy and social science students – regarding the events we organize,” stressed the Roscongress Foundation CEO Alexander Stuglev. “The new Information and Analytical System of the Roscongress Foundation will enable users to find the information they need faster and more easily. The convenient search engine allows a selection to be made through areas of interest. Each user will see the content based on specific search parameters.”
The ‘Summary’ service will be integrated into the information and analytical system of the Roscongress Foundation as part of the Russian Investment Forum. The information product of the TASS news agency and the Roscongress Foundation will provide a brief analytical summary of all significant discussions at the Forum.
