“Yes, it’s true that a government directive has been prepared”, Dvorkovich said commenting on rumours concerning the imminent resignation of Rostelecom Director Sergei Kalugin.

Vedomosti newspaper reported on February 16 that the Ministry of Communications had prepared a directive on the replacement of Rostelecom Director Sergei Kalugin and sent it to the government for consideration. The media reported that the Ministry of Communications is considering VTB Deputy Chairman Mikhail Oseyevsky as Kalugin’s replacement. Dvorkovich also confirmed that Oseyevsky is being considered as a candidate.
