Conditions for participation

Application to participate

If you would like to participate in the Forum, please complete an application on the Forum website. All participation requests will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and, if approved, a written invitation will be sent to the applicant.

To participate in the Forum, you must be in receipt of an invitation issued by the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse an invitation to an applicant without explanation.

Participants who receive invitations are kindly requested to confirm or decline their participation in the personal web office section of the Forum website. 


* Participants do not need to sign an invoice/agreement (a document acting as both an agreement and an invoice).


Participation packages and participation fees

There are two packages available for participants of the Russian Investment Forum:

* Price per participant is indicated in the description of the participation packages. To pay for participation in the Forum participants must first sign an agreement or create an invoice/agreement, confirming and guaranteeing their participation in the event. The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.

Participate

Quotas (maximum number of participants from any one company)

In order to maintain a high level of representation, the following limits on the number of participants at the Russian Investment Forum have been introduced:

3 Premium Packages + 3 Standard Packages

If the delegation is led by the head of the company (President/CEO or Managing Director, Chair of the Management Board or Board of Directors), the company can be represented by three Premium Package participants (head of company + two participants from among deputy-level executives, members of the management board/board of directors, or heads of representative offices) and three Standard Package participants.

2 Premium Packages + 2 Standard Packages

If the delegation is not led by the head of the company, the company may be represented by two Premium Package participants (two participants from among deputy-level executives, members of the management board/board of directors, or heads of representative offices) and two Standard Package participants.

Please note that if the quota for the number of participants from a given company is exceeded, the participation fee will increase. The fee for each additional participant will increase by 20% of the package price.

Paying the participation fee

Creating a payment document

In order to pay the participation fee, the participant should go to the Payment section of the personal web office, enter the payer’s information, and select the payment method (invoice in roubles or bank card for residents of the Russian Federation, or invoice in roubles/US dollars/euros or bank card for non-residents of the Russian Federation). The participant may then select the type of payment document: a participation agreement or invoice/agreement (a single document incorporating both the agreement and invoice for payment).

TO PAY BY AGREEMENT, THE PARTICIPANT SHOULD: TO PAY BY INVOICE/AGREEMENT, THE PARTICIPANT SHOULD:
  1. save their participation agreement
  2. send a signed copy of the agreement to their Roscongress Foundation contact
  3. generate a payment document
  4. pay the participation fee

Making payment

To pay by invoice, the participant should contact their bank.

To pay by bank card, the participant should specify their email address in the ‘Confirm Payment Details’ window in order to receive their electronic payment receipt, then confirm the payment details. The standard online payment form will then open, where bank card details can be completed and payment confirmed.

The following bank cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, and MIR. Payments are made in Russian roubles.

Before proceeding to payment, please make sure that:

  • sufficient funds are accessible from the bank card

  • the payer’s bank has not set a limit on the amount of a one-time transfer

Should a participant have any questions regarding payment (including if the payment does not go through), they may get in touch with their Roscongress Foundation contact.

The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the due amount is received in the account of the Roscongress Foundation. The participant may check whether the amount has been received in the Payment section of the personal web office, or by calling their contact.

Please note that payment of the participation fee on time and in full is a prerequisite to receiving a participation badge and gaining access to the Russian Investment Forum venue.

For participants with limited mobility


If a participant need assistance with navigating the Forum venue, it is necessary to fill out an appropriate application in the personal web office no later than three days before the arrival.
