Russian Investment Forum Released Its Cultural Programme

Guests and participants of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi (14–15 February) will be offered a number of cultural events.  

The Cultural Programme will start on 14 February with a gala concert of the All-Russian Youth Symphony Orchestra led by Yuri Bashmet that will take place in the Winter Theatre.  

The same day will offer the ‘Non-Trivial Game’ with Alexander Druz. The topic of this intellectual game is ‘The Big Country’, and it will be dedicated to the history and today’s life of Russia’s cities and regions. The mission of this project is to build up on the knowledge about Russia, its multinational and multicultural environment and investment potential.  

On 15 February the Winter Theatre will host ‘Don’t Leave My Planet’, a performance based on the Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The play will feature Konstantin Khabensky, Yuri Bashmet and the Moscow Soloists Chamber Orchestra.  

Participants of the Forum will have a chance to attend the Gala Opening of the Winter International Arts Festival in Sochi in the Winter Theatre on 16 February. This gala concert will bring in musicians and performers from Spain, Belgium, Germany, the Republic of Korea and the U.S. The programme will include pieces by Haydn, Mozart, Weber, Hummel, Wieniawski, Valery Voronov, Patrick De Clerck, and Zhiyu Wang.
