The Roscongress Foundation and the PPP Development Centre have signed a memorandum on cooperation and interaction.

The document was signed by Roscongress Foundation CEO Alexander Stuglev and Chairman of the Board of the National PPP Development Centre Pavel Seleznev.

The Memorandum was concluded in order to enhance the information transparency of infrastructure projects being implemented in the Russian Federation using public-private partnership mechanisms. The parties expressed their intention to develop cooperation through the joint organization of a cycle of events of the ROSINFRA Infrastructure Congress, which aim to replicate the best practices of infrastructure projects and promote PPP mechanisms in the Russian Federation.

In addition, the parties agreed to hold discussions under the ROSINFRA Infrastructure Congress brand name on infrastructure development and PPP at existing forums and conferences.

The next joint event will be the Russian PPP Week, scheduled to take place in Moscow on 24–27 April at the new advanced venue, the Digital Business Space.
